And I've always wondered how you keep track of the massive amount of details in some of your pieces (like this one and Kid Icarus Rising) and not end up forgetting to colour some small part or colouring it "wrongly" (I've seen it countless times in comic book panels) - do you employ a strategy for that?
That said, thank you for sharing this. It's always a vicarious journey for me to see artists go through how they work their magic.
