Based on Squaresoft's excellent horror rpg,Parasite Eve.(At least the first one)
Parasite Eve by *MetalHanzoThe suggester says:"For a fairly obscure Square-Enix game, this is perhaps one of the best Parasite Eve fan art pieces I've seen in years. The color scheme, Aya's pose, the almost border-like positioning of Eve's first and final forms... every time I see this picture, it makes me want to pull out my copy of the first game and relive the best-worst six days ever." Fantastic use of somber colors for a great game. It breaks my heart to remember a time when Square was willing to take risks and make games besides rpgs. Brave Fencer Musashi, Tobal no. 1, Enhinder, and Parasite Eve were as far remove from what Square normally did that it's now hard to remember that they ever made anything besides Final Fantasy.
While I think PE2 has a few neat ideas just executed improperly, the first game is a rare gem. You do credit to it with your fine art. Keep up the great work.
To be honest when my friend showed me the game, I thought I would never play it as often as I came to. I almost stole the game from her actually. This game has one of the best storylines in my opinion and it is really enjoyable. This fanart is really beautiful of both Aya and Eve.
I think I have parasite eve 2 or mayve parasite eve 1 I don't remember, but I got it for some few years ago, so I played it on PS2, but I don't have a memory card 1 (for PS1 ) so I never got to save so then I don't get any longer in the game :C The same with RE2.
Oh how I miss those days of playing this game, I was young when I started, considering I was born in 1990. XD! This piece is breath taking, you really did great with the tiny details, Aya would be proud! XD
It's thanks to fanarts such as this that remind me why Parasite Eve remains one of my all-time favorite JRPGs. This picture is excellent! I love how Aya is encompassed by Eve's forms, and everything has a morbid/fantasy feel that's perfect for PE. Aya and Eve(s) are drawn gorgeously and in-character, and the moonlit lighting casts an ominous yet very beautiful glow throughout the entire piece. Awesome work!
